By engaging K9 Blueprint's services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all training programs, boarding services, and related activities.

Service Descriptions

• Private training sessions conducted at our facility or your location
• Board and train programs with varying durations and intensity levels
• Puppy socialization and basic obedience training
• Behavioral modification for specific issues
• Boarding and drop-in care services

Health Requirements

All dogs must meet the following requirements:

• Current vaccinations (DHPP, Rabies, Bordetella)
• Negative fecal examination within 6 months
• Flea and tick prevention up to date
• Health certificate from licensed veterinarian

Owner Obligations

• Provide accurate information about your dog's behavior and history
• Follow through with training recommendations at home
• Attend scheduled sessions and meetings
• Maintain consistency with training methods

• Payment is due in full before services begin unless payment plan is arranged
• Accepted payment methods: cash, check, credit card, PayPal
• Late payment fees may apply after 30 days
• Returned checks subject to $35 fee
• Prices subject to change with 30 days notice

Training Sessions

• 24-hour notice required for cancellations
• Same-day cancellations subject to full session fee
• Emergency cancellations considered case-by-case

Board and Train Programs

• 72-hour notice required for program cancellation
• Partial refunds available based on services not yet provided
• No refunds for programs already in progress beyond 48 hours

Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that dog training involves inherent risks including but not limited to bites, scratches, and other injuries.

Liability Limitations

• K9 Blueprint's liability is limited to the cost of services provided
• We are not responsible for pre-existing behavioral or health conditions
• Client assumes responsibility for their dog's actions during and after training
• We reserve the right to refuse service to aggressive or dangerous dogs

We guarantee our training methods when clients follow our recommendations. However, we cannot guarantee specific results as every dog is unique.

Guarantee Conditions

• Client must complete full training program as designed
• Follow-up sessions must be attended as scheduled
• Home practice must be consistent with our recommendations
• Additional training may be recommended at discounted rates

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Grounds for immediate termination include:

• Failure to meet health and vaccination requirements
• Aggressive behavior toward staff or other animals
• Non-payment of fees
• Violation of facility rules
• Misrepresentation of dog's history or behavior
